premium accont now working

I have been a premium subscriber for months.
Suddenly now my account shows as a free, despite that my account is being charged as premium.

What is going on?

Also all my playlists have now diseappeared...

This sounds as if you loged in accidently with another account.

If you can't figure out your real account info anymore send a message to the Online contact form.
