I just upgraded my account to a premium family account and my son keeps clicking on the "accept invitation" i sent him and it just sends him to the log in page to sign up... but then it tells him his email is already being used (he has a free account of his own). and it doesn't connect to my premium account. And in my manage accounts, it just says his "invite is still pending"... help please

This worked!!

Here are some things to check first:

  • If you’re accepting the invite on the same device it was sent from, make sure the owner who sent the invite has logged out of their account page first.
