premium hulu disappeared

Hi there!

I've had spotify premium for a few months and I recently upgraded to take advantage of the Hulu bundle. Everything worked the first day and then a few days afterwards I tried to sign into Hulu and it said I needed to upgrade and their support pointed me to my Spotify account page.

My Account page showed that I did have spotify with hulu (there was even a button to "remove hulu"), but weirdly showed I was only being billed $9.99 which I believe is the price for my regular spotify premium and not the bundle. So I just clicked the "remove hulu" button (hoping I could remove and then re-add it) and it told me I should have hulu for two more days. Now I'm not able to add hulu back.

Would be it be possible for someone on your end to enroll me into the correct Hulu+Spotify premium bundle?

Hey @notitatall, welcome to the Community!

To get the bundle with Hulu, you'll need to sign up for the student discount here. You should be able to add Hulu once you start paying at the discounted rate.
