problem Accesspoint:17

Solved!

problem Accesspoint:17

I came back from an European country where i had to modify my profile because i stayed for a few weeks. I could change the country without any problems.

Now I am back and I have to change it again, but I can t log in or more precisely access to my profile because it says to me to log out on all devices. I tried it a few times and it is always the same message: Error accesspoint:17

I don't know what to do next.....

Hey @anna126, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try resetting your password here? If that doesn't help, try following the same steps using a different browser or private window.

If you're still having trouble, can you send me a screenshot of the error message you're receiving? Make sure to hide personal information when posting to the Community.

Let me know how this goes!

Similar issue with wrong country settings (Accesspoint:17).
Just setup Spotify account.
Logged in iOS App sucessfully.
Logged on the web mediaplayer successfully (Windows 10, Chrome)
The Accesspoint: 17 errors pops up while logging into Windows desktop app.
All others players (same account) are open and seem to be working and in cync.
Would appreciate your help.

Hey @RussYg,

Thanks for reaching out to us. No worries. Help is on the way.

Have you tried the steps that @Billy-J suggested above? They are a really good troubleshooting step. If that doesn't do the trick could you log in to your account page and see if the country settings are correct? You can learn ho to do this here. If you experience any difficulties, make sure to try using an incognito tab or a different browser altogether.

Note that Spotify doesn't officially support VPN. If you're using it, make sure to disable it, as it cat lead to such issues.

Hope this helps. Keep us posted how you get on.

Hi Billy-J,

I have been experiencing the same issue now but I tried changing the country from the profile section but I can't acces it because it says "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again." (Also tried from different browsers and incognito), and I keep trying to open it but it wont open.
Maybe you know an solution on fixing this.

Hi there @PsychoNautic,

Thanks for the post.

Can you try logging in to your account page from a different browser like Google Chrome?

Let us know if that works.

Hi Alex,

I already tried it from an different browser but still wasn't working either, the issue has fixed by itself, I don't need help anymore so thanks anyways!
