Spotify sent this mail to me, what does this mean? I never sent them a request

Welcome to the Spotify Community! I see you posted in another thread that was about a temporary issue we had with the same email being sent multiple times a few years ago - this has since been resolved, so let's see what may have caused you to receive the email.

The notice of completion of removal request is sent when the process of closing/deleting a Spotify account is finalized, meaning all information about it (username, email, playlists, etc.) has now been completely erased from our database.

If it was indeed sent by Spotify and you didn't request the removal of the account yourself, the account could have been compromised, in which case it's strongly recommended you secure your personal information on any other sites where you might have used the same credentials.
