When i first bought my card and were about to redeem it it said "this code is invaild" and a week after i saw that i missed a number and now when i typed in the whole pin code it said  "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area

 

can someone help me?

Hey!

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

There is currently an ongoing issue redeeming premium codes as discussed in this topic. Hopefully it will be resolved soon as you can imagine many users are being affected! 

 

I would suggest you try the work around in that thread first, I've heard reports of users codes working after they enter them a few times too. 

 

Otherwise, I would suggest you contact the payments team directly using the online contact form. Remember to include your premium code, as they may be able to manually active it for you. If you receive an automated reply telling you to check out the community or help pages, reply to that email with your original message and it will be sent to a member of staff who will be able to assist you 🙂
