"Welcome to Fan Insights" email received, but still can't get access

Hi! I submitted access for 2 artists on spotify and they were approved, as was stated on the e-mail I received. However, when I click the Get Started embed link and log in on Fan Insights, it just takes me to the start of the process all over again, for requesting access. Did I do something wrong?

Make sure you're logged into the right account :')

Nah, it just redirects to the request access page 😞

You should be seeing a page like this:

 If not, please check your account overview and make sure the email is the same 🙂
