reciept says Premium-but no access to my account

reciept says Premium-but no access to my account

I had a Premium account that was stopped because there was payment failure since I changed my VISA-card nr and forgot to update at Spotify. I have bought it agian Nov 1st but I don´t get access to it and have tried to get help how to activate it from you 2 times. What shall I do?

 

Do I have to close my account and start a new and loose all my playlists?

Please help!

Hi Stinan75 - I can see you were able to successfully update your payment details. 

 

All you need to do is subscribe again from the subscription page. If you're still having trouble, I recommend making sure that new card meets all of the requirements outlined on our payments FAQ
