Subscription problem

Subscription problem

I started using sotify premium, but now it don't work anylonger and I am back on the basic level.

I have tried to upgrade but it won't work. I get flowing message.  

 

Payment failed. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds and that your credit card has not expired, if you're using one. To see your current payment details please go to your subscriptions page. If you still get this message after updating your payment details please log out, log in and then try again.

 

I have tried re-do my account and payment settings...

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Spotify has a few requirements for payment cards which are outlined here.

If you are having issues and your card meets all of those criteria, then I would suggest you get directly in touch with the payments team using the online contact form and someone will be able to assist you.
