redeemed code but no download credits on account

I have redeemed a PIN from a download gift card for 15 downloads, even got an email receipt , but my account shows no downloads available. Any ideas?

Hi Ionaperegrine- I've done a bit of investigating here.

It seems you made a duplicate account that's linked to your Facebook. You then redeemed those download credits on that new account--not 'mwest2'.

I think the same has happened to me. I tried to redeem my 15 download code, but there are no downloads showing. And when I try the code again, it says 'The Premium code you entered is invalid. Please check that you have typed it correctly.'

I am sorry if I have made the mistake. Can you please help asap.

I have this problem; i got trough to the page where you can choose how to redeem my  30 € spotify card; then it said 'can not redeem right now' and now i cant use it any more. I chose to buy downloads but i dont see them on my programme.
