  1. I tried to make a student account but I’m not a student anymore so it does didn’t work and I got charged 5 dollars twice, I want a refund

Can you let me know if you received any email confirmation from Spotify for the charges? You may need to check your 'junk' folder also.

 

If you did not get any email(s) then it is likely that your payment is in 'pending' with your bank, and as such will be returned to you in the next few days.
