I have been charged for premium but it is showing free. I have tried everything to no avail. This has been 3 months now and I am suck and tired of trying to gain access no and would lime a refund for the last 3 months please.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Hi Fishkeeper14,

 

Your Premium is actually on an account linked to your Facebook.  If you login using your Facebook details, you will be able to use the Premium service.  Please contact the support team via this link and they will help you merge the accounts.
