spotify family invite bug

I don't know why, my brother was kicked out of the family account and now every time I try to invite him again spotify gives me the same error (3. ops, something went wrong) I don't know what to do, I don't want to cancel the subscription and subscribe againe since I just payed this month. Thanks for your help

Please tell him to reach out to Support so they can manually confirm that he still resides at the same address.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
