i have a problem because when i try to log in spotify with my facebook acc there comes another nickname and all my playlist are gone pls help :).........sry for my bad eng

Hey @slamy ! Welcome to the community 🙂

It sounds like your Facebook created account has become merged with someone's Spotify username account which means your real account will be temporarily lost in the system.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
