i have a problem. I forgot my old account password and name and my mom is still taking money from my account. Please help because they take money every month and I won't log in to this account to disconnect it.

Thanks for reaching out.

The first thing you can try is requesting a password reset here using your email address. If you have more than one email address, you could enter them all there.

If an account is linked to one email address, a password reset link will be sent to you 🙂
