I paid for spotify prenium and it didn't work. someone can help me the faster as possible ??? thankss

The same thing just happened to me. Signed up for the premium for 99 cents but aparently I've already used the offer and I was forced to pay full price. When I went to pay I noticed that spotify had already charged me for the 99 cent offer. But I'm not getting the services of premium

I went ahead and moved your post and this thread to the Accounts & Subscription section of the community here.

 

If you go here: https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ to your account page and look to the right of your current account information, does the section on the right read that you have premium with a check mark or that you are currently on the ad free account type?

 

Have you first logged out of all Spotify apps that you are signed into and then logged back into them? Sometimes doing a log out and log back into the Spotify apps, this will refresh the apps with your current account status?

You might try the advice and information I gave @Calissdetabarna who started the post thread. Also depending on what account type you have, an account created through facebook or one created through an email address, make sure that you might not have a duplicate account from a facebook created Spotify account? Otherwise you might have to contact Spotify customer services here to sort this out: "Please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form. If you get an email back directing to the support forums, reply back to that email even if it is from noreply, and the support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly."
