subscribed but still on free

hi. I subscribed to premium but my spotify account says im still on free. I was charged $3.99 (which was deducted from my 10 dollar itunes card). I tried all the steps. Log in and out and re-installing the spotify many times now. Hope i get help soon since my subscription is already running. ( it will end on january 19).

Did you get emailed a receipt of the purchase from either Spotify and/or Apple?
