switch to Spark

I'm trying to switch my existing account to spark as they ahve offered to pay my spotify premium.  I am folloing the prompts provided by Spark but the final step asks me to change my payment option from my own credit card to Spark but can't seem to find / see how to do this?  

Any help would be appreciated

It's odd that this happens. Can you try again but from a computer using an incognito window?

An incognito window or Incognito mode is a setting that prevents Internet history from being stored. For example, when you visit any web page, any text, pictures, and cookies loaded in the page is all stored on your computer.
