Hey @goldfinga28

Thanks for your post in the Community 🙂

If you were looking to add the offer that you've received from T-Mobile to your Spotify account, the Spotify account would need to be on a Free subscription. Once it is on a Free subscription, you should be able to add the offer to the account following the steps that you've been provided from the T-Mobile team.

Don't worry, all of your music should remain on the account. It's just the payment details that will change.

If you're having trouble adding the new subscription to the account, we'd recommend reaching out to the team over at this link. We'll then take a look behind the scenes. Make sure to reply back to the automated reply that you receive and we'll make sure it gets over to the right team 🙂

We hope that helps out.

Hi , thanks for the response. T-Mobile does not know about how to add this service. I've spoken with a few reps for over one month now and no one can tell me

The "free " service isn't really free. I would still have to pay for premium which I thought was free with freedom choice. T-Mobile explained that I have to pay for premium but won't be charged for data service

Hey @goldfinga28

Sorry for the confusion.

Yes that is correct. T-Mobile doesn't charge for the data you use while using Spotify and it won't count towards you data plan. However, you still have to buy a premium subscription because they don't offer it for free.
