wrong country on my account

wrong country on my account

I created a Spotify account while in canada, when I go to my account page to change the country and sibscribe it tells me the email associated with the account is already in use.....anyone havethis problem before? Any ideas how to resolve it? Is there a way to submit a ticket with Spotify? I just want to set up a paid subscription =(
