Hello,

I've paid (by Paypall) for several monts but the status remains on 'Spotify Free' instead of 'Spotify Premium'.

My accountname is 'hair-b'.

It seems like I have 2 accounts with the same login, one with 'free' and one with 'premium'.

I Can't fix it myself, can you please fix it for me?

Please use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it to speed things along.

It is also worth double checking you can't access the Premium account. If you have a search in your emails you should have a receipt from when your subscription was set up which contains your Spotify username. If that username is a number, your Premium has been set up on your Facebook account rather than using your Spotify username.
