ALL downloaded songs dissappear - Playlists exist but, button download is off

My Question or Issue

All my playlists are fixed to download the songs to phone.

All songs have a capacity of around 3 GB

It happend 3rd time that the wiper of ALL playlists for download is off

All the downloaded songs have to be downloaded again, this takes a long time and it is not always possible. So I have to use drom my limited data volume.

I think, it happen when the phone change WiFi networks.

Is there any solution for this mess?

May a known error?
