Hi, I am investigating building an alarm clock app for Android that exclusively plays Spotify music as alarms.
I have a feature request in mind. I have lots of music downloaded to my phone, and I would like to be able to wake up to it without streaming it. I understand that downloaded music is DRM encrypted, but is it possible to query libspotify for this cached content in such a way that libspotify DOES use the network to ensure subscription validity but does NOT use the network to re-download the content?
This seems like it would be an excellent feature and I'm sure others have wondered the same.
