If you have a reason to believe the issue you're experiencing might be connection-related we recommend first restarting the network device (router or modem), then logging out and back in to the Spotify app. This will refresh the app and will possibly help. 

 

In case you see no change after trying this, send us a screenshot showing the error message you receive. Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
