All songs stopping after 3 seconds

Even after skipping to later in song, this remains to stop playing after around 3 seconds for most songs, some songs up to 8 seconds. This is when playing online but when switching to offline mode, songs play fine. Tested on mobile data and WiFi and issue remains the same. Uninstall and reinstalled and still an issue.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Just to check, does clearing saved cache make any difference? Once it's done, make sure to log out from the app and back in again. This should resync your account info.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if it only happens on a specific device? Or does it happen with other devices that you use Spotify on as well? 

Also, have you noticed if this happens at any specific points? For example, when connect to Bluetooth headphones or while using a speaker.
