Almost ALL of my music has disappeared from my Spotify account

 Hello,

I have just found that almost ALL of the artits, albums and songs have disappear from my Spotify account. On the other hand, all of the playlist I had are still there, intact.

But I had like 200 albums or even more, and now I just can see ONE of them. Also, I had a lot of artists, and now I just can see like 15 of them. I have tried reinstalling the APP, deleting the cache, etc.. but no luck.

Where is all my music now? How can I recover all my albums, artists and songs??

The above issue applies for both Windows and mobile phone access.

Could you please help me recover my music??

You can recover playlists on Spotifys website, https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.spotify.com/account/recover-playlis...

but as far as I know, no way to recover saved albums etc. I always save my music into a playlist to make sure. Hope that helps! Sorry if it doesn't 😞

Thanks for the help, but as I said my playlists are the only thing that are still there, so I don't need to recover them.

The question is, where is the music I had stored in my account?? How is it possible that it just "disappear" ?? I am paying 9€ per month for this service, and now ALL my music is gone except the playlists. 

I need support from someone at Spotify company, t.o recover all my music, please.
