Android 9 keeps rebooting and loses downloads

Plag I have a Nokia 6.1 Rani running Android 9. 

two major issues firstly every now and again when I launch Spotify my phone spontaneously reboots. 

Secondly when I go back to Spotify my downloads have gone and I have to redownload my playlist .only paid for premium 2 days ago I'm thinking of cancelling I really like the look of Spotify but this is becoming quite tiresome

Just uninstalled and reinstalled the Spotify app 3 times still crashing and rebooting my phone most times although not all. P even more annoying my downloads disappear each time it reboots. Google play music here I come
