[Android] Spotify says "No connection" even though there is a Wi-Fi connection

Hello everyone,

I live in a dormitory. When I try to open and connect to Spotify it says "no connection". I deleted cache, data, app itself and finally I formatted my phone. I also reset the modem/router. The funny thing is my friend can play songs online with the same network by mobile app, and I can listen to the music online using by Spotify "shortcut" thing. What should I do?
