[Android Wear] Please add an "+" to the Android Wear GUI

Dear Spotify support team,

please add a "+" button to the Android Wear GUI.

Android Wear is super useful when jogging and my phone is stored in a belt or jacket somewhere. I fully control Spotify from my Wear watch. I often listen to new music and really like to remember those new songs I like. Please add that "+" button to the Wear GUI.
