Android queue doesn't work without internet anymore

My Question or Issue

 Before an Android update I was able to queue songs without being connected to the Internet. This morning when I tried to do it, it says I cannot open the action centte without internet. A.k.a. I can't delete songs from playlists and I cannot queue songs offline anymore. Why Spotfiy? If you think it's good at least give us the swipe feature to be able to queue.
