Android sync over wifi

Android sync over wifi

Hello!

I have a bit of a problem when it comes to syncing;

I currently run a dual router setup, since the wifi isn't working on the old one, and they are setup so that my computer works as a middle man between the routers, giving internet access to my wifi router.

Now, the problem I have is, that spotify don't recognize my phone when it's connected to the wifi so I can't sync my local tracks to my phone.

The wifi is working without a hitch and I have full internet and lan access on my phone, but spotify just refuses to recognize it.

I'm guessing that it's a listening port problem or something of the sort, but I just can't find what port I need to magic with for spotify to see/hear my phone on the network.

To illustrate: [internet router(no wifi)] <-> [My desktop computer] <-> [wifi Router] <-> [Android Phone]

Any ideas is greatly appreciated!

I've already gone through the tips found in the troubleshooting guide.

There are a port mentioned in the connection part (4070), but no matter how I forward that port, it's not working for the sync part, so I assume that it's purely for connecting to spotify's servers, and that's something that works just fine.

It´s the Port 57621. Workt for me in my Firewall settings.

Hope I coud help.
