Availability of Android APK for those with phones locked to other countries?

Hi, I'm an exchange student living in Netherlands and purchased Spotify Premium. Unfortunately I realized afterwards that I cannot use it on my phone. My problem is that my phone is from Canada and it is locked to the Canadian store. Would it be possible to make the APK available for the latest updated version 0.5.5.13 and so on in the future? 

I would love to and keep purchasing Premium if this problem could be solved.

On your phone navigate to m.spotify.com and it should prompt you to download. Sometimes the version is one behind just after an update, but if this is still the case not don't worry as the last update was a bit pointless anyway
