I have restricted it under data usage but I didn't know if there was a easier way of cutting down that way bc its still eating data. I have a Samsung Note Edge w/T-Mobile that is slower than molasses with the Marshmallow update which I'm clueless if that will fix the glitch. Any other advice I appreciate the help & would be extremely helpful. And does forcing it closing through app or Task manager would eliminate till I put it back on for customers right? Like you suggested? Thanks

In fairness the background processes should be minimal at most - I wouldn;t eexpect to see significant battery drain.
