Update worked for me too on HTC Desire hd, nice to see Spotify listening and reacting so quickly thanks!

vrouse and drraf81 - Sorry to hear you're both still encountering this issue.

You both mentioned installing the latest update but just so we are 100% on this, can you please let us know the exact version number your app currently shows?

vrouse, you mentioned using a HTC Desire X on Android 4.1.1. drraf81, can you also let us know the Android version you're running on your Samsung Galaxy S4?

We'll do our best to get both of you back in Spotify action!

Thanks to the Spotify Krew!

The problem with the blank screen still exists here on the Samsung Note II. App version is 0.6.0.20. Since i have just converted to a premium account, i hope this gets fixed soon. The app is unusable. I consider to cancle the premuim account.

Hi. Sorry to hear you're still having problems. Can you please follow the troubleshooting steps in this post

I'm still having the problem on a Galaxy s3 running spotify verision 0.6.0.20. I've gone through the troubleshooting guide more than once with no change. Everytime i reinstall it, it lets me enter my log in for my Premium account then immediately goes to an all white screen.

Google Play All Access will start to look pretty good if this isn't fixed soon.

How are you logging in, Facebook credentials?

I had been logging in through my spotify username, but just tried doing it with facebook and that surprisingly seemed to work, so hopefully it keeps working. Thanks

There you go 🙂 I'll just run off and sacrifice a few more goats 🙂

Hi,

I'm using the ZTE Avid, which the Spotify site says is a compatible device. Unfortunately, I too have fallen victim to the ominous, emotionless white screen of doom. I've tried clearing data, uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting my phone, taking out the battery, switching the SD card to a bigger one, everything I can think of.

Please help! I've been a loyal Spotifier for years now, but that was mostly through my phone. Any news helps.

I just tried the "solution" posted on the first page with no luck. I'm running on ICS, if that helps.

Hi.Please follow the steps in this troubleshooting guide. Hopefully that will fix things for you.

I didn't have this problem until yesterday, where I installed the new 0.6.2.64 update.

Reinstalling the app doesn't help either.

I have the problem on my Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7 which both run the latest CM 10.1 nightlies.

As a workaround I restored the previous version via TitaniumBackup and the problem is gone for now.

I tried whatever was suggested here and there (wipe the cache, clear app data and uninstall, reboot in between, install fresh from the market, also tried with a brand new SD card and on phone storage too).

But after a while, the whole interface becomes totally white (except for the top dark bar with the menu button) and that's it. Cannot log out, killing the app or rebooting the phone still yield a "white" spotify when I relaunch it.

This is all with the 0.6.2.64 update

I have the same problem with the 0.6.2.64 update.
White interface whatever I do. After reinstalling the old version and the new one, clearing cache etc. It worked for a while. But it just turned white again. 😞 Going back to 0.6.0.20 😞
