My Question or Issue

Hello,

Recently bought Huawei P20 Pro, when connected to my BMW F10 2015 it is not possible to switch songs on the steering wheel, everything else works fine.

There were no such problems with my previous phone Huawei P9.

What I have done

• Went through all similar issues on this forum
• Updated software in the car to the latest version
• Downgraded versionof Spotify till 8.3.x

It works but..

Really strange thing is that it works for the forst time. If Spotify is deleted and then installed again, everything works fine for the first time. If car is switched off, then again - only first song name is visible and no controls from the steering wheel.

I have the same problem with P20 PRO connected to a X4 F26. Also in my case everything was working fine with my previuos phone... :((( 

Some suggestion?

Exact same issue here with my P20 Pro and 2014 F11! 😞
