Bluetooth - wrong song information on discover media

Hello,

i have the problem, that my display from my Discover Media show the wrong song informations when i play a song from spotify. It shows the information from the song before. Every time. 

This problem does not occur with deezer, play music, amazon....

Why does the problem only occur to spotify?

In the past the problem wasn`t there with Android7.

Please help me
