Can Spotify or anyone wipe ALL my playlists back to zero?

Hi

I have a student Spotify premium acct with several thousand playlists. I want to wipe them and start from scratch but wonder how to as im restricted as follows:
1. No pc access (uni machines 3rd party blocked)
2. Only use via android mobile and tablet
3. Get errors regularly as playlists full
4. Dont want want to setup new acct as means new email and registering student info again.

Just want to start afresh.

Is there a way Spotify can just delete for me?
Is there any work arounds?
Doing my head in having to delete 1 by 1 or when i find a new playlist delete 1 first to download.
