Can not find freind on spotify

HI,

I have a issue were I am not able to find one of my friends on spotify. I am not sure if the issue is on my friends end or my end. I am able to follow my friend. Note that I do have my freind on facebook and we both use spotify through our facebook accounts. Also my friend is able to send me music but I can not send her music. I am baffled by this issue as I have sent many songs to my other friends past.

I would love to get imput on this issue.

Sorry for the bother, I fixed the issue. I uninstalled spotify and then re-instaled it. I should have done that first but I didn't.
