Can not login on mobile app

I've had spotify for a long time. I recently switched carriers and got the same phone (HTC One m8) and when I try to login on the app it says username or password is incorrect. I've already tried changing my password. I know my login information is correct because I've been able to login on browser. I tried reinstalling and closing the app as well as restarting my phone but nothing seems to work.

Have you tried logging in on both Wifi and Mobile Data? Sometimes Spotify acts a little weird and that will help.
