Can not login

I seem to have a issue whenever I have to sign back into Spotify. Both username and email are correct yet it wont reconized both. I tried resetting my password for both the registered email and username and it does not work. I even tried through the Spotify on the Web browser and the app itself. I know the username and email are correct, I received an email 3 or 4 days ago from Spotify with both in the email.
