Can't Stream over 3G with Premium on Galaxy S3. Grey tracks : Track not available.

Can't Stream over 3G with Premium on Galaxy S3. Grey tracks : Track not available.

Just got a Galaxy S3, love it, but as the title says, I want to be able to stream songs over 3G. I have signed up for premium and can stream songs when I am connected to wifi, but as soon as I disconnect and go on the go, all songs (that I haven't selected for offline playlists) become grey and say "track not available". I know streaming over 3G incurs lots of data use, but I am mainly going to use it for a few songs that I don't haven't synced for offline use once in a while when people have song requests and such. I have tried switching  "Download over 2G/3G" on and off to no avail, as well as toggling the offline mode on and off.

it seems there is a problem, Spotify is not working on my ipad and mac for at least 3 hours now. I have a premium subscription but wait till it works again.

What does not work mean exactly? Are you having the same problem as I have described above, or are you trying to hijack my thread? You know that there's a dedicated iOS forum right?

Same thing happened to me with the same phone. You have to go to your computer and find the song through Spotify. Because somehow on my iPod it plays it but on my phone (Samsung Galaxy s3) it don't. So what you have to do is delete the song from your playlist(s) and search for it in Spotify and find the one that is not grey. I will admit some songs Spotify dont have like "Make A Movie" by Twista and Chris Brown because they dont have the album.
