Can't choose SD card to download

 My Question or Issue:

 I need to download on SD card, i bought a 128gb microSD and now i can't find the option to download on SD card

Hey @Aguirroide,

Having your music everywhere with you on your SD card is awesome for sure!

Have you triedtthe storage option on the bottom of the settings page in the aporify app? There you should have the option to use your SD card.

If not you must first format your card for your phone to use it as internal memory. 

Then you should be able to use your card.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

On top of what @RockstarFischer mentions, we'd also recommend making sure of the following:

• Your SD card is available and accessible.
• Your SD card is formatted as portable. 
• Your SD card isn't encrypted.

We'd also suggest taking a look at this support site article for more info on managing your storage.

If you're still having troubles seeing the option to store your downloads in your external SD card, we'd suggest trying another SD card. If that does the trick, it'd be a good idea checking the original SD card for errors. You can find more info on how to do that based on instructions from your card's manufacturer.
