Can't download a specific podcast

I want to download podcast episodes from Campus2Canton. I was able to yesterday. Now when I click the download arrow, I get an exclamation point and nothing happens.

Just to confirm, is this happening across devices or only on a specific one? 

On another note, would you mind checking if the same happens while using a different internet connection? 

Lastly, we'd like to know if this only happens with the podcast you mentioned or with other ones as well.
