Can't download any local files onto mobile

My Question or Issue: I can't download local files from my computer to my phone. I used to be able to do it, but then I wanted to add another song and it was grayed out, so I re-downloaded the playlist and all of the local files went gray. I've tried reinstalling, clearing the cache, logging out and back in on PC and mobile, restarting, and tethering but nothing seems to work. Everything works perfectly fine on my computer.

On a possibly related note, whenever I try to shuffle on a playlist that consist of only local files, a little box on the bottom of the screen pops up saying that I've discovered a premium feature. This doesn't happen on any other playlist that has songs that aren't local files.
