Can't download offline mode

I am using a Note 2 since today morning (I suppose there was an update yesterday) my Spotify does not save any songs in offline mode telling me that I don't have enough free space. 

Internally I do have 4GB left and 50GB free on my SD Card. I cleared the cache, uninstalled it, turned off the phone and took out the battery. Reinstalled it and still the same error. 

If I can't use this function there is absolutely no reason for me to use the premium service. 

Anyone else experienced this issue ?
