Can't download offline playlist

I'm using a Droid Maxx, and any time I try to download my playlist so I can listen to it offline, it will download like 90% of it perfectly fine, and then it will just stop and delete all of it. I've tried redownloading it multiple times and it does the same thing. I've tried reinstalling spotify, that doesn't work either.
