Can't download spotify app from appstore

I have spotify premium from Norway, but I study in Hungary. Recently I had to purchase a new phone here in Hungary,and now I can't get spotify on my phone since it hasn't been launched in Hungary yet!

I really love spotify and I use it all the time on all my devices. I would be very disappointed if I had to use an inferior product to get music on my phone!

Is there any way that I can get spotify for Android outside the play store?
