Can't listen downloaded music offline

It has been a few days since i have spotify and i have no good thing to say.

Everytime i start the app I need to download all my music again, and when I don't have WiFi or when I have spotify offline i can't play my downloaded music.

I tried to reinstall the app 3 times but that didn't help. The only reason I bought premium is so I can listen to my music while offline. But I can't do this.....

Can anybody help me with this?
