Can´t listen on my car and at home, bluetooth problems?

Hi, i have the premium account for a while and suddenly i can´t listen Spotify in my car and at home, maybe it´s the bluetooth connection but everything seems to be ok in my cel phone (Huawei p9 lite)

I would contact your cell phone provider, as it seems more of an issue with your device. Hopefully this will clear everything up!
