Can't listen to some songs

I want to listen to songs I want to hear of course. Now I see songs like German artist Peter Fox and Japanese composer Koji Kondo. However, I can't play it. It is Graye in stead of white (the text) what am I doing wrong and how can I fix this.

You aren't doing anything wrong. Spotify sometimes doesn't have the rights to certain songs. And what i mean by that is the artist you are trying to play isnt registered into spotify. So someone else has put up the song with out the rights of it. If it's gray that means it's unable to play it.
